A Faberge gold and enamel tablet case (pill box), workmaster Alfred Thieleman, St. Petersburg, 1908-1917. The body is flooded with translucent oyster enamel over a diapered guilloche ground. The hinged gold lid is encircled with a band of chased laurel leaves. Marked with the 56 gold standard. Height: 1 3/8".
