A Russian gilded silver, shaded cloisonné enamel, and gem-set kovsh, Maria Semenova, Moscow, 1896-1908. Of traditional form, set with hardstone cabochons, with raised lobed panels containing multi-color scrolling foliate and flower head designs, against a gilded stippled ground; the steeped hook-shape handle, banded by aqua enamel beads, similarly decorated. Length: 7 1/4".
